We specialize in massage, couples treatments, and organic facial massages. We are a small team of male and female massage therapists, working together in a supportive environment. We truly love what we do! At the time of your booking, we will ask you questions about what you would like in your session and tailor the treatment to your needs. We’ve put together some Packages, but feel free to build your own package by selecting items from our Upgrades and Add-ons pages, or Organic Facial Massages page.

In our couple’s room, we begin with a 90-minute couple’s aroma-stones massage combining the techniques that you choose. Slip into robes for a 30-minute break with complimentary healthy snacks. Return to the tables for a 30-minute lemon zest foot scrub and reflexology.

With this treatment, you are able to fully relax lying face down on our cushy pregnancy bolster system. This allows your neck, back and shoulders to be massaged completely by one of our trained female pregnancy massage therapists.

1.Bookings are accepted by phone or online. Call us at (928) 274-0091, or reserve through our website, and we will set up a reservation for you. You can pay at the time of the massage with cash, or credit/debit card, although a credit/debit card is necessary to hold a reservation.
2.During this confirmation call, we will go over the details of your massage or package. When you arrive, you will talk with your therapist about the type of session. Every massage is customized based on a short conversation we have with you before we begin.
Please note: Please do not come in for your treatment if you are sick, this exposes your therapist to illness. It is not recommended to receive body work when you are ill, and your immune system is compromised.
We reserve the right to deny services.
3.Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to settle in, and give us a few minutes to go over the details of your treatment. As a courtesy to the next guest, all treatments end at the scheduled time.
Please note: If you arrive late for your service your treatment will be modified to fit the remaining time. There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Missed appointments are charged for the full price of the treatment.

Over twenty years ago we pulled into Sedona and fell in love with the town. Diana began her local massage practice in 2005, and with the help of the family, slowly grew the business into a place where guests and therapists are respected and cared for. Robert started writing novels about the area, and is now an award-winning, best-selling author. And in 2022, Saydrin joined Uptown Massage as a therapist (although she'd already been involved with the spa for years). Our spa has been a dream come true - a sanctuary for healing and relaxation.
Here at Uptown Massage, we believe that massage can save the planet. It’s a low-impact activity that uses minimal resources and encourages stress relief and relaxation, which can reduce our dependence on buying things to make us happy. Massage can also significantly lower your chronic pain and stress levels, which can lead to more sustainable lifestyle choices. It also drops your body’s cortisol levels. Cortisol is produced in response to stress and increases fear, anxiety and aggression. High cortisol levels lead to poor decision-making, unnatural consumption and wasted resources, all of which have a negative impact on the environment. By lowering your cortisol levels through massage, you can lead a more positive life, making sensible decisions that are better for the earth.

· We limit the use of single-use plastics.
· We use eco-friendly materials such as bamboo or recycled products.
· We strive to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing our water and electricity usage when possible.
· We use eco-friendly detergents when washing and never add fabric softeners.
· We minimize waste by using refillable containers and recycling when possible.
So much of our success comes from our friends, and the great therapists who work with us. We couldn't hope for a better team.

Another talented artist whose work can be seen at the spa is Tom Fish. Tom is one of the last Disney artists who actually still drew the images. He worked on The Lion King, Brother Bear, Lilo & Stitch and many others. If you've seen the young female lioness named Nala (The Lion King), then you've seen his work.
