My friend and I decided to treat ourselves on our trip to sedona and my goodness, glad we did! My masseuse, Saydrin, was SO attentive and nice, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She definitely paid attention to the problem areas and made sure to check in with me on the pressure and locations of my pain. The spa is clean and welcoming. They accept card but there will be a surcharge, recommend bringing cash.

We booked a couples massage with a prenatal massage for myself for 90 minutes and the whole 90 minutes was a total bliss. I was a bit nervous about getting a prenatal massage not knowing how comfortable I would be as I have not gotten one yet, but not only was I super comfortable with their pregnancy set up that was already ready for me when we got there , but the massage itself was also excellent. The therapists discussed our preferred pressure and areas that needed more attention, and they did an excellent job. They were very thorough throughout. For me as a pregnant lady with back pains this was much needed and very satisfying. Very professional with a clean place. Highly recommended!! We ditched the spa at our luxury resort and decided to come here instead and so glad we did!

Diana began her local massage practice in 2005, and with the help of the family, slowly grew the business into a place where guests and therapists are respected and cared for. Her daughter, Saydrin, became a therapist and helped manage the spa since 2022. This spa has been a dream come true – a sanctuary for healing and relaxation.
So much of our success comes from our friends, and the great therapists who work with us. We couldn’t hope for a better team.
Here at Uptown Massage, we believe that massage can save the planet. It’s a low-impact activity that uses minimal resources and encourages stress relief and relaxation, which can reduce our dependence on buying things to make us happy. Massage can also significantly lower your chronic pain and stress levels, which can lead to more sustainable lifestyle choices.
